These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the BucksCraft Home Services website, app, contact form, service request form, communications, estimates, scheduling, and services. By submitting a request, contacting us, accepting an estimate, scheduling work, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website, app, forms, or services.
1. About BucksCraft Home Services

2. Service Requests
You may submit contact information, service location, service needed, project description, and photos. A request does not guarantee acceptance, an estimate, scheduling, or completion of work. We may decline requests for lawful reasons, including work outside our service area, outside our skill, license, insurance, or safety limits, emergency or hazardous conditions, incomplete or inaccurate information, unavailable scheduling, specialized licensed trade requirements, or unsafe conditions.
3. No Emergency Services
BucksCraft Home Services does not provide emergency services. Do not use the website, app, email, or form for emergencies, dangerous conditions, gas leaks, active flooding, fire, electrical hazards, structural collapse, medical emergencies, or urgent safety issues. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency provider.
4. Estimates and Pricing
An estimate may be based on available information, photos, a site visit, material prices, and visible conditions. An estimate is not a final contract unless accepted by both parties. Pricing may change if the scope changes, hidden damage or conditions are discovered, extra labor or materials are required, customer-requested changes are made, material costs change, access delays occur, or permits, inspections, or special materials are needed. We make reasonable efforts to communicate changes before extra work is performed.
5. Photos, Descriptions, and Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Photos and descriptions help us understand the project but may not show all conditions. Final evaluation may require a visit. By uploading photos, you confirm they show your property or property you are authorized to share.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and project information
- Confirming they own or are authorized to request work at the property
- Providing safe access to the work area
- Removing fragile, valuable, or personal items from the work area
- Securing pets and children
- Disclosing known hazards, damage, mold, asbestos, lead, electrical issues, water leaks, or unsafe conditions
- Making required payments
- Obtaining HOA approval when required
- Handling permit requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Scheduling and Access
Appointments depend on availability, weather, materials, customer readiness, and project conditions. We may reschedule due to weather, illness, emergencies, material delays, unsafe conditions, or other reasonable reasons. If we arrive and cannot access the work area, a rescheduling fee may apply if disclosed and agreed.
8. Payments, Invoices, and Receipts
Payment terms are shown in the estimate, invoice, agreement, or written communication. Payment may be required before, during, or after work depending on the project. Invoices and receipts may be sent by email. Late, incomplete, or failed payments may delay work, result in collection activity, or lead to refusal of future services.
9. Materials
Materials may be supplied by BucksCraft Home Services, the customer, or a third party depending on the agreement. BucksCraft Home Services is not responsible for defects, missing parts, incorrect measurements, manufacturer warranty issues, or delays related to customer-provided materials.
10. Permits, Codes, and Licensed Trades
Some work may require permits, inspections, licensed professionals, or specialized trades. We may decline or stop work that requires a license, permit, or specialty outside our scope. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, roofing, gas, and other regulated work may require a licensed professional.
11. Warranty and Workmanship
Any warranty will be stated in the estimate, invoice, agreement, or related documentation. Unless otherwise stated, warranties do not cover customer-supplied materials, normal wear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, water, mold, pests, structural movement, hidden conditions, work modified by another person, manufacturer defects, weather, settling, leaks, or unrelated issues.
12. Cancellations and Changes
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change the project scope. Changes may require a revised estimate, schedule, or payment terms. If materials were purchased, the customer may owe non-refundable, custom, opened, delivered, or restocking costs.
13. Communication Consent
By submitting a request, you agree that BucksCraft Home Services may contact you by email, phone, text, or another method about your request, estimate, invoice, receipt, appointment, or project. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
14. Website and App Use
You agree not to misuse the website, app, forms, uploads, or communications. You may not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information, upload malicious files, spam, or unrelated content, access systems without permission, interfere with security, or use our content, name, branding, or materials without permission.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, name, text, graphics, layout, forms, images, and branding are owned or licensed by BucksCraft Home Services or Golovchak Inc. You may not copy, reuse, sell, or distribute them without written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BucksCraft Home Services and Golovchak Inc. are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service, unless the law requires otherwise.
17. No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide reliable, professional service, but we do not guarantee every requested repair or project can be completed exactly as requested. Hidden conditions, existing damage, material limits, building age, prior repairs, weather, and other factors may affect the final result.
18. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools for hosting, forms, databases, email, scheduling, invoicing, payment, analytics, or file storage. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policies, or security.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any dispute will be handled in a proper court or forum in Pennsylvania unless the law requires otherwise.
